Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. 30 applications per intake, one branch, no expiry. No credit card needed to start.
Do parents need an account?
No. They open your nursery link, fill in the form and get a reference number. To check the status they only need the reference number and the last four digits of their phone.
Are parents’ documents safe?
Documents sit in private storage that only your nursery’s account can open. Every form carries a privacy notice in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
We still use paper forms or Google Forms. Do we have to switch at once?
No. Start with your next intake. Applications that come through UrusTaska go straight to the screening board; keep the old ones however you do today.
How do I pay for Premium?
A monthly subscription of RM49 through ToyyibPay — FPX (online banking) or card. Upgrade from the dashboard when you need it, cancel any time.
